hi all

was wondering if anyone knew the stock 0-100 times (as tested by Australian car mags) for the WRX say 2000, 2003 and 2007 models?

I was a bit shocked recently when I flicked through a Motor mag (2001 issue) and it said the 2001 WRX 0-100 was 7.72 secs!

I'd like to know which model is really the quickest off the line (stock), and 'feels' the quickest to drive

I'd say the 07 would be the quick simply due to added capacity and torque..

I believe the MY99 and MY03 have been the two quickest models straight out of the box, until the MY09-10 were released that is

. And even with the capacity increase of the MY06-07 I don't think they were any quicker then an MY03-04.

5.3 for the 09 wrx(195kw), pretty impressive.

Gotta love the v5 & v6's, 206kw, 1295kg and 4.9sec 0-100km/h.

My fat gd sti is 1470kg...

Funny how the STIs have gone backwards though ... v5/v6 being quicker than subsequent GD series and the current model
