May be hard to see, but the version 6 has a little lip on half of the top of the spoiler, very noticable on side view of the car.

Nah there is def a slight difference between version 5 and 6.

I think the flatter version 5 looks a bit better.

From the outside, I like the look of the v6 wing better with the side profile.. but from behind it looks a bit too big with the kink.

Even with that said, from the inside, I find the v5 wing blocks a fair bit of vision while using the rear view mirror... just barely see over the top of it (blocks cars in the far distance..), so i'd imagine the rear view above the v6 wing would be totally blocked...

EDIT: also I prefer the look of the brake light on the v5/6 wing in comparison to the one on the 22B wing..

There is a small noticeable (when there next to each other) difference, I remember years ago when Duncans V6 Sedan was next to my V5 you could tell then....

Would someone with a V5 bother spending the money to change... Probably not!

I put a V6 sti wing on my MY99 but I would much prefer to have the V5 sti wing, and the rest of the car to go with it :)

^^ Actually I do prefer to have the v6 wing instead of the v5 :( But as Ace-STi has mentioned.. already spent $$ on the v5 wing + had it resprayed (came blue steel mica already but clear coat was pretty much gone when it was brought over from Japan).

If only I could find a v6 (like in the first pic) who's owner was willing to swap just the top half....
